Three Ways Selesa Supports Your Household
Each service is a clearly scoped coordination arrangement — built around one household's needs and explained in writing before anything begins.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How Every Selesa Arrangement Is Built
We begin each arrangement with a conversation — not a form or a checklist, but an actual discussion to understand the household, the older adult's preferences, and what the family is hoping for. From there, we write up a scope document that spells out exactly what will happen, when, and how it will be reported back.
Nothing is assumed. Every detail that matters to the family is captured in writing before any coordination work begins.

Everyday Meal Planning & Grocery Coordination
A weekly planning cycle built around familiar tastes, dietary considerations and the older adult's usual routine. What Is Included
- Weekly meal menu outline
- Grocery list prepared each week
- Coordination with the family's chosen delivery service
- Monthly review of menu preferences
How It Works
- 1Family discussion on tastes, habits and any dietary considerations

- 4Monthly review to adjust menus as preferences change

Companionship Visit Coordination
Regular, friendly visits for conversation, shared activities and gentle walks — arranged around the household's existing routine. Selesa manages the companion matching, the visit schedule and the written updates that keep the family informed after each session. The aim is a familiar, steady presence that feels natural rather than scheduled.
What Is Included
- Companion matching based on personality and interests
- Scheduled weekday or weekend visits
- Visit schedule document shared with family
- Short written update after each visit
How It Works
- 1Family and coordinator discuss preferences and household routine
