Selesa is a home support coordination service operating in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We help families arrange practical household support, meal planning coordination, and companionship visit scheduling for older relatives. Our Services

Selesa provides coordination and scheduling arrangements only. The three service areas we currently offer are:

1. Home Comfort & Accessibility Setup — an assessment-based consultation covering room arrangement, layout planning, and a written set of suggestions for everyday ease at home.
2. Everyday Meal Planning & Grocery Coordination — a weekly planning and ordering coordination service that helps ensure a kitchen stays comfortably stocked around an older relative's routines and preferences.
3. Companionship Visit Coordination — the arrangement and scheduling of regular friendly visits for conversation, shared activities, and gentle outings, with written updates shared with the family.

All services involve coordination, scheduling, and operational support only. We do not provide regulated professional services of any kind. No activity under any of our arrangements should be interpreted as a substitute for professional, specialist, or regulated advice.

Enquiries and Arrangements

Submitting a contact form or sending us a message does not create any binding agreement. A service arrangement becomes active only when both parties have agreed in writing to the specific scope and fee. Pricing is listed on our website as a general guide and may be discussed further to reflect any particular household's requirements.

We will always confirm the terms of any active arrangement in writing before work begins.

Payments and Fees

Fees are agreed before any arrangement begins and are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment terms are communicated at the time of agreement. We reserve the right to adjust our published pricing for new arrangements, and will always inform you of applicable fees before you commit to anything.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to adjust or cancel an active arrangement, we ask that you give us reasonable notice — ideally at least 48 hours in advance of any scheduled visit or coordination activity. The specific terms for cancellation and changes will be outlined in the agreement for your arrangement.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including text, layout, and design — belongs to Selesa. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of it without our prior written agreement. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to keep our website accurate and our coordination work organised. However, we cannot accept liability for:
